As an Interior Sales Designer at Vii Luxe Atelier, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial consultation through design development, sales, project coordination, and final handover while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Vii Luxe Atelier will provide a continuous pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through the Company's marketing and business development efforts. Designers can expect up to 25-30 leads per month.
Upon receiving an assigned lead, Interior Designers are expected to:
- Make prompt contact with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Company's CRM or designated lead management system.
- Conduct all follow-ups professionally and diligently.
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned opportunities.
While the Company endeavours to provide a steady flow of qualified leads, the quantity and quality of leads may vary depending on market conditions, seasonality, and marketing performance. Accordingly, Vii Luxe Atelier does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, appointments, sales opportunities, or revenue.

Sales Commission
Employees are eligible for up to 50% sales commissions based on successfully secured renovation contracts, in accordance with the Company's prevailing commission structure.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility criteria will be communicated separately and may be reviewed by Management from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related disciplines.
- Experience in residential interior design (HDB, Condominium, Landed).
- Familiarity with local renovation practices and regulations.
