Job Description
- Assists in daily operational tasks, including taking orders, cashiering, consolidating daily sales, handling reservation calls and preparing/serving food and beverages
- Ensure all food preparation and service meet the company's SOP and quality guidelines
- Supervise staff performance, provide guidance and conduct on-the-job training to maintain service standards
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance and discipline to ensure adequate manpower
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the restaurant to exceed expectations in food quality, service, safety and cleanliness
- Able to handle customers enquiries and complaints professionally
- Review customers feedback and surveys to develop and implement service improvements
- Uphold discipline and professionalism among staff, fostering a positive work culture and high morale
- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory and restaurant essentials are always maintained
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage service industry
- Possess working experience in Chinese restaurant will be an added advantage
- Applicants with a valid Food Safety Course (Level 1) or (Level 3) Certificate will be prioritized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on weekend and public holidays
- Candidates will be assessed based on their experience and may be offered the most suitable position: Assistant Manager or Team Leader
