What you'll be doing
- Welcome and attend to patients, visitors and caregivers at the reception counter
- Handle patient registration, appointments, enquiries and basic administrative matters
- Manage phone calls and walk-in requests professionally and efficiently
- Provide clear directions and assist with patient flow within the healthcare facility
- Handle basic payments, documentation and data entry where required
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate patient records while observing confidentiality and healthcare procedures
- Assist with general frontline duties and other operational tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, healthcare or frontline operations is preferred
- Comfortable working in a 3-shift, 5-day work week arrangement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, approachable and comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds
- Able to work independently and remain composed in a busy frontline environment
