Do you enjoy meeting people and making them feel welcome?
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a warm and positive clinic experience.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Welcoming and assisting patients.
- Managing appointments and enquiries.
- Handling basic billing and administrative matters.
- Supporting a smooth patient journey.
- Working closely with our Doctors and clinic team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Warm, friendly and confident with people.
- Organised and attentive to detail.
- Proactive and responsible.
- A good team player.
- Customer service or front desk experience is an advantage.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or healthcare administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.
