The Job:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Train and support new team members.
- Liaise with customers to resolve operational issues.
- Plan to meet daily workload and customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet KPIs.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes.
- Prepare basic operational reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
The Talent:
- Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Level.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
