Job Description:
Looking to break into finance with real growth potential? This role gives you a foundation in wealth management while opening doors to future leadership positions. No industry background is required — you'll receive full training, mentorship, and certification support along the way. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer:
- First-year earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 (basic pay + incentives), growing to $90,000–$120,000 in year two
- Defined progression path over 36 months: Executive → Senior → Premier → Management

Requirements:
- Recognized Degree or Local Polytechnic Diploma
- People-oriented, self-driven, and willing to learn
- No experience necessary

A Day in This Role:
- Update existing clients on new campaigns/products and review their portfolios regularly
- Rewards scale with the effort you put in
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with quality after-sales service
- Build new relationships through marketing activities and referrals
- Consultants are provided a customer base — no need to tap your own network
