Key Responsibilities:
-Perform comprehensive functional and cosmetic assessments on traded-in mobile devices.
-Diagnose hardware and software issues, and accurately identify repair requirements.
-Record testing results and ensure all device information is updated accurately in the system.
-Escalate and route faulty devices to the repair team with clear defect findings.
-Verify stock-in information to ensure inventory records are complete and accurate.
-Support product listing by preparing and uploading approved devices to sales platforms (e.g. Company Website and Carousell).Maintain testing --accuracy and adhere to company quality standards and operational procedures.
-Assist with other warehouse and operations duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Strong administrative and detail-oriented.
-Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems
-Can work at least 16 hours per week, including 1 weekend. (Shift hour: 4 pm to 8 pm)
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
