Pastry Chef / Pastry Supervisor

💰 Salary

  • Up to $3,500 per month
  • Basic Salary: $3,000 per month
  • Fixed Allowance: $50 per month

🕒 Working Hours

  • 5-day work week
  • Rotating shifts based on operational requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Supervise and support the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Support menu development and seasonal product launches.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in pastry production, baking, or kitchen operations is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
  • Passion for pastry preparation and delivering high-quality products.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Candidates with relevant culinary qualifications are welcome to apply.
