We are looking for a motivated and friendly Engagement Specialist to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce our services professionally.
- Schedule appointments for our consultants.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the consulting team to ensure smooth appointment coordination.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is an advantage but not required.
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $12–$20 per hour (based on experience and performance).
- Training and support provided.
- Work From Home (WFH) option available after successful completion of the probation period.
