Logistics Customer Service Officer (Contract to Perm) – Up to $2,400 | Jurong
Location: Jurong (Penjuru Lane) Transport Provided: From Lakeside MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required) Alternate Saturdays: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Paid as Overtime) Salary: Up to $2,000 - $2,400 Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely submission of reports according to customer schedules.
- Maintain close communication with customers to resolve order and shipment-related issues.
Cycle Count
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Other Responsibilities
- Manage inventory within the customer’s WMS system.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing with all necessary supporting documents.
- Maintain proper record-keeping of customer documents.
- Track and update Customer Service Department (CSD) KPI metrics, including order management and turnaround times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Prefer candidates with experience in Logistics or relevant skills.
- Proficiency in product and system knowledge.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
