Lyfe is looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist in our talent acquisition. You will manage the hiring process, which entails job advertising, application and resume screenings, assessing candidate suitability, interviews, scheduling, and more. Training and clear guidelines will be provided.
Job Description:
- Brainstorm, write, and publish job postings.
- Process applicants and review resumes according to company requirements.
- Conduct preliminary checks and screen candidates.
- Monitor and maintain job portals, such as FastJobs.
- Keep up with hiring trends across various demographics and age ranges.
- Support ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
- Singaporeans or PRs.

- Experience in hiring and recruitment HELPS but is NOT A MUST.
