Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quality coffee in accordance to the standards set by the Café Manager.
• Assist the Café Manager in the daily set-up of display counter and condiments counter ready for service.
• Ensure the quality standards are maintained during peak times of business in Cafe.
• Responsible to completely set-up and miss-in-place of Café and function area in accordance to the standards of ISS with emphasis is made upon the standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Responsible for the maintaining the grooming, appearance, discipline and safety and administration.
• Work closely with the Café Manager to ensure that pre-determined standards of health, safety, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas of the Café and function areas.
• To Operate the Café and communicate with all guests, indicating any guest feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our food and beverage products in the future.
• Always maintain the Café to ISS standards.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by management.
• Provide highest standard of food display throughout the day working with the specialized chef.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in café, barista, food & beverage, or hospitality operations.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, health, safety, cleanliness, and workplace standards.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm
