Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation and proofing of General Ledger (GL) and Nostro cash accounts.
- Reconcile transactions for the Cards Operations Processing Centre.
- Investigate GL outages, discrepancies and reconciliation breaks.
- Monitor aged outstanding items and escalate to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure discrepancies are properly investigated and closed.
- Maintain and update process maps and SOPs to reflect operational changes.
- Support day-to-day banking operations and control activities as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in banking operations, reconciliation, payments or financial operations.
- Familiarity with GL, Nostro, cash reconciliation or transaction processing will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling large volumes of transactions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
