Job Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, label and inspect goods for delivery/export
  • Check outgoing goods for accuracy and ensure proper handling during loading and delivery.
  • Handle delivery and collection of goods and obtain acknowledgement on delivery orders.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods for physical or packaging damage.
  • Assist with daily delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
  • Handle loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing goods, including containers.
  • Update warehouse stock movements in NetSuite using Bin Transfer.
  • Maintain proper storage, warehouse safety, security and housekeeping.
  • Perform monthly stock takes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence.
  • Minimum ITE / NTC Certificate in Business, Office Skills or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Candidates without prior working experience may also be considered, provided they meet the relevant job requirements.
  • Comfortable handling both warehouse duties and delivery/collection responsibilities.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous.
