GOLF ASSISTANT
Working Schedule:
- 🕒 5-Day Work Week with Rotating Shifts (able to work weekend/Public Holiday)
⏳ Shift Timings : 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM - Transport is provided from Upper Thomson / Caldecott MRT
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to members’ and guests’ golf-related enquiries at the Golf Counter.
- Manage tee-time, timesheet, course and golf competition bookings
- Assist with golf competitions, including registration, draws, scoring and results.
- Handle members’ handicapping enquiries and related follow-ups.
- Perform handicapping administration and reports using the Club’s handicapping system (CHS).
- Liaise with the SGA on handicapping matters where required
- Support Handicapping Committee meetings and follow-up actions.
- Assist with golf events, tournaments and related administrative duties
- Coordinate reciprocal and affiliated club bookings with external clubs.
- Prepare golf-related notices, correspondence, reports and other documentation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Golf Department.
- You will work closely with the Golf Admin & Operations team and other Club departments to ensure members receive timely and accurate assistance.
