Job Responsibilities
- Provide reception and front desk coverage when the regular receptionist is on leave or unavailable.
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
- Manage visitor registration and access procedures.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and general administrative duties.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
Job Requirements
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different office environments.
- Comfortable providing short-term or back-up coverage at different locations within the CBD.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications eg. word and excel.
