Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and address their enquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate and suitable product recommendations.
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
  • Drive product sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage in-store promotions and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone brands and accessories.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
  • Candidates with mobile phone / accessories knowledge are highly preferred.
  • Relevant retail, sales, or promoter experience will be favourably considered.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills when dealing with store managers and fellow promoters.
  • Sales-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic.
