Duration: 3-4 months subject to further extension/perm
Working Location: Queensway
Working days: 5 days per week inclusive of weekend and public holiday shifts, in accordance with operational requirements.
Working hours: Rotational working hours of either 5.15am to 2.45pm or 7.30am to 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient meal orders, diet information and related enquiries.
- Handle calls, feedback and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Generate and distribute daily meal summaries and meal chits using the electronic meal ordering system.
- Assist with meal assembly, plating and ensure accurate meal preparation.
- Manage office supplies, stock records and delivery of items to departments.
- Support staff meal orders, collection coordination and payment processing.
- Conduct and collate patient meal satisfaction surveys.
- Perform general administrative duties including documentation, filing and preparation of notices/signage.
- Support other Food Services operations as required.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related fields preferred.
- Relevant F&B, healthcare or food services experience preferred.
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting of heavy items.
