HR Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding
- Handling monthly payroll, overtime computation, leave and benefits administration, insurance and work pass matters
- Managing employee confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, salary review and termination processes
- Supporting manpower planning, headcount monitoring, HR reporting and annual performance appraisal / bonus exercises
- Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with MOM guidelines and Singapore employment regulations
- Handling employee queries and working closely with employees across different levels, including management
- Supporting Learning & Development activities, including training needs analysis, training planning, training coordination and maintaining training records
- Liaising with training providers and government agencies on training grants and claims
- Supporting HR projects and process improvements as required
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or itsequivalent.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
