Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of our guests and team members by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services.
- Participate in regular in-service training to provide fun/friendly customer service experience and enforce the park’s policies, attractions safety rules and regulations.
- Interact with guests, and disseminate information related to the park and rides.
- Operate and dispatch guests safely at various rides and slides.
- Assist in engaging guests during special events within the park from time to time, to provide memorable and fun customer service.
- Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries/casualties are minimised and aid is promptly rendered.
Requirements:
- GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma.
- Good guest service and communication skills.
- Strong observational skills to proactively identify guests’ needs and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Attentive with a keen eye for surroundings to identify safety risk situations.
- Able to employ personal empowerment, empathy, and creativity to resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Team player with good interpersonal and people skills.
- Good physical stamina and resilience, and able to assist with occasional lifting of equipment of up to 10kg, when necessary.
- Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
