Job Summary :
Location: Penjuru
Salary: Up $2500
Working Hours: Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Track and coordinate order fulfillment and deliveries
- Provide support to walk-in customers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Perform general administrative and sales support duties
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure accurate billing and financial records
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience in FMCG, Food Service, or Food Distribution industry is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
