Sales & Business Development Executive
Salary: S$3,500–S$4,000/month + commission + transport allowance
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Experience: 1–5 years preferred; driven fresh graduates welcome
What You'll Do
- Manage and close inbound homeowner leads
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct home consultations, site visits and showroom demos
- Prepare quotations, follow up and close customers
- Build and manage BTO group-buy campaigns
- Acquire and manage interior designer & renovation partners
- Develop relationships with commercial and institutional partners
- Attend relevant events and roadshows
- Maintain a structured CRM and sales pipeline
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels
- Help develop a repeatable sales process as Windee scales
Who We're Looking For
We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in drive, ownership and ability to sell.
You'll thrive here if you are:
- Hungry, persistent and target-driven
- Independent and comfortable taking initiative
- Structured with strong follow-up habits
- Confident communicating and building relationships
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
- Interested in learning how to build a sales engine, not just close individual deals
- Comfortable with occasional evening/weekend customer appointments
Having your own transport is preferred. A transport allowance will be provided.
