SALES CONSULTANT – AI MATTRESS SHOWROOM
Location: Singapore
Position: Sales Consultant / Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Company
We are a growing company specializing in AI Smart Mattress and sleep technology products. Our showroom provides customers with the opportunity to experience and understand the benefits of smart sleep technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers at the showroom.
- Introduce and demonstrate our AI Smart Mattress and sleep technology.
- Understand customers' sleeping needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Keep the showroom clean, attractive and professionally presented.
- Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions and marketing activities when required.
Requirements
- Sales experience is preferred, especially in mattress, furniture retail products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-service oriented.
- Confident in approaching and communicating with customers.
- Motivated, responsible and target-driven.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Experience require
- Able to communicate in English. Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500/month
