Air Operations Officer (Import & Export)
📍 Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
💰 Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,600
🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–6:00pm | Sat: 9:00am–1:00pm
📅 Working Days: 5.5 days
We're Looking for Candidates Who Are:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
- No experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Team player with basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
- Liaise with airlines, warehouse, transport providers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
- Arrange shipment bookings and monitor cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with airline requirements, Singapore Customs regulations, and company SOPs.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight management system.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and support daily operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
