Job Description
Warehouse Operations & Distribution
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, arranging, storing, and preparing stocks for outlet requirements, while maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and systematic warehouse in accordance with 5S principles and company safety standards.
- Coordinate and perform scheduled deliveries of stocks and supplies to various outlets, ensuring orders are accurately prepared, quantities are verified, supporting documents are in order, and all deliveries are completed according to the assigned schedule without missed or outstanding deliveries.
- Promptly report any stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or operational issues to Management for appropriate follow-up and resolution.
Inventory Management & System Records
- Manage end-to-end inventory activities, including receiving, checking, counting, ordering, replenishment, and stock issuance, ensuring inventory availability and accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels against established PAR levels and proactively manage replenishment to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in the Food Market Hub (FMH) inventory system.
- Conduct monthly physical stocktakes and reconcile physical stock against system records, ensuring accurate stock quantities and reconciliation results are updated in FMH within one (1) working day of the stocktake.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess valid Singapore class 3 or 4 license
- Role requires repeatedly lifting and moving stocks in cartons up to 25kg
- Team player and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and meticulous with details
- Good time management
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Singaporean/PR Only
