- Duration: 2 months (Renewable)
- Ensure premises are properly prepared by checking, inspecting, and coordinating setup or reinstatement works with internal stakeholders, including furnishings, utilities, and key provisions.
- Supervise and monitor contractors performing work in student rooms.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promptly address and resolve user requests, feedback, and complaints received through various channels such as online platforms, counters, emails, and phone calls.
- Conduct inspections of premises and interact with users to identify areas for improvement.
- Perform regular stock checks and manage the disposal of inventory and assets.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and conducive environment within managed spaces.
- Keep accurate and timely records of maintenance issues, fault reports, and other documentation for reporting purposes.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum GCE O Level
