We are looking for a hands-on and highly organised Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations across Retail, Production and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating retail store operations and ensuring company standards are maintained.
- Support production operations, including workflow, productivity, quality control and coordination with the production team.
- Monitor daily operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Support the implementation and improvement of SOPs, processes and workflows.
- Assist with ongoing projects, operational improvements and new initiatives assigned by management.
- Ensure deadlines, targets and assigned tasks are followed through.
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, production, hospitality or a similar supervisory/management environment.
- Previous experience managing or coordinating teams is preferred.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- Hands-on, proactive and willing to get involved in day-to-day operations.
- Comfortable working across different departments and locations when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Singaporeans / PRs preferred.
