Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Support candidate to assist with integrated marketing communications and campaign initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support integrated marketing communications initiatives, including marketing research, campaign management and media planning.
- Develop and prepare campaign publicity materials for internal communications, campaign launches and ad hoc requests.
- Provide secretariat support for the proofreading committee.
- Coordinate translation assignments with proofreaders to ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate language nuances of translated materials.
- Assist with marketing reports and administrative tasks related to ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Knowledge of marketing communications across both offline and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing research, creative processes and media buying.
- Experience preparing marketing reports to track campaign progress and impact.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
