Warehouse Maintenance:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory within the warehouse.
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing mattress shipments.
- Safely handle mattresses to prevent damage during storage or transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area.
Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on repaired mattresses to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any recurring issues or trends in mattress damages for improvement.
- Collaborate with supervisors to implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent will be recommended.
- Previous experience in mattress repair or similar handyman roles preferred.
- Basic sewing skills and familiarity with upholstery tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including mattresses, safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
