WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Cybersecurity Operations
- Perform security reporting and dashboarding, leveraging automation to improve efficiency.
- Review and validate VAPT findings and support remediation activities.
- Refine incident response playbooks and support security operations.
- Assist with security controls, compliance activities and evidence collection.
- Participate in threat modelling and IAM role reviews to support least-privilege access.
Security Architecture & Engineering
- Apply security standards and controls across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms and cloud environments.
Cyber Defence & Incident Response
- Support incident response, alert triage and security investigations.
- Contribute to detection rules, response playbooks and threat hunting activities.
- Identify and investigate potential indicators of compromise.
Product & Security Engineering
- Deliver security POCs and features while balancing security, performance and maintainability.
- Use code and cloud security analysis tools and support remediation of findings.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen product security and operational efficiency.
/ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Technical Skills
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, security architecture, secure system design and threat modelling.
- Experience or exposure to VAPT, vulnerability validation and remediation.
- Familiarity with SIEM, EDR and cloud-native security monitoring.
- Familiarity with securing CI/CD, Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of incident response, threat hunting and security monitoring.
- Scripting or automation skills using Python or Bash.
- Understanding of IAM, secrets management and Zero Trust principles.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
- Relevant cybersecurity experience or demonstrated potential is desirable.
/ CERTIFICATIONS – DESIRABLE
- OSCP, CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
