Job Scope:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
- Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
- Posting of job advertisements on platforms
- Business Development & Account Management
- Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual/face-to-face
- Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes
- Leadership opportunities to mentor team members as a Senior Consultant
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any specialisation
- Sales driven and keen to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
