We are a trusted leader in marine and offshore technology, delivering innovative navigation and communication solutions across the region. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Draftsperson to join our Engineering team — someone meticulous, technically skilled, and passionate about transforming ideas into precise technical drawings that support our new-build and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering drawings and documentation for new-build and retrofit projects in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Produce outline, single-line, termination, and arrangement drawings based on sales quotations and scope of supply.
- Develop and maintain accurate AutoCAD drawings (2D/3D) to the required scale and standards.
- Prepare and compile vendor documentation for submission to customers and classification societies for review and approval.
- Monitor and track the progress of engineering deliverables to ensure timely completion of project documentation.
- Provide drafting and technical support for engineering and production teams as required.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Section Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- NTC 2/3 or ITE qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
- Experience with Furuno products or marine electronics will be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
