What you'll be doing
- Attend to patients and caregivers at registration counters, service points and reception areas
- Handle patient registration, appointments, enquiries and general administrative matters
- Provide clear information on hospital services, procedures and directions
- Manage telephone and counter enquiries professionally and promptly
- Support patient flow, queue management and daily frontline operations
- Assist with payments, billing or other administrative transactions where required
- Maintain accurate patient information, records and documentation
- Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and care
- Perform other frontline and administrative duties to support daily hospital operations
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality, retail or frontline operations is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine service mindset
- Comfortable interacting with patients and caregivers from diverse backgrounds
- Able to remain calm, patient and professional in a busy environment
- Meticulous when handling records and administrative matters
- Responsible, adaptable and a good team player
