📍 JOB DETAILS
Location: Marina South Pier MRT, Straits View
Position: Cruise Check-In Agent
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $12/hour
Start: Mid to End October 2026
Working Hours: Shift-based
🕐 SHIFT OPTIONS
☀️ Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
🌤️ Mid-Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll help make the passenger's check-in experience smooth and welcoming:
- 🧾 Check in passengers and verify travel documents
- 🎫 Print boarding passes and issue luggage tags
- 👥 Manage queues and keep the check-in process organised
- 🗺️ Assist passengers with directions and general guidance
- 🌏 Interact with travellers from around the world
👔 DRESS CODE
Top: White long-sleeve collared button-up shirt
Bottoms: Black formal pants
Shoes: Black formal shoes or flats
