🚗 Logistics & Vehicle Operations Assistant – Up to $2,900 | Class 3 Required 💰
📍 Location: West Side
💰 Salary: Up to $2,900/month+
📅 Monday–Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
📅 Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am–12:00pm
Job Responsibilities
- Update WMS records for vehicle movements, inbound/outbound shipments and inventory
- Prepare shipping documents, permits, customs declarations and defect reports
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections with customers and operations teams
- Assist in driving newly arrived vehicles from the port to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory, location plans and transaction records
- Support billing, invoice checking and monthly reports
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes
- Support ISO audits, SOP compliance, safety and 5S activities
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with hands-on driving experience is compulsory
- Physically fit and comfortable moving vehicles within a large warehouse
- Experience in logistics, customer service or operations coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/inventory systems
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills
- Customs declaration experience is advantageous
- Customs Competency Test certification is an added advantage
- Automotive logistics experience is a plus
