✅ Job Scope:
- Monitored inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations.
- Investigated discrepancies, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions.
- Managed SAP and WMS systems, including master data, access, controls, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinated inventory activities with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Provided system/process training, supported improvement projects, and ensured SOP compliance.
💡 Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or management.
- Knowledge of inventory movements, cycle counting, stock-taking, and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP/WMS experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and discrepancy investigation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Able to conduct system/process training and support improvement projects.
- Willing to travel to hospitals or other locations for inventory counts when required.
