工作职责
- 协助采购部门处理日常采购及行政工作。
- 向供应商询价，并跟进价格、货源及交货安排。
- 准备采购订单（Purchase Order）及维护采购相关文件与记录。
- 与公司各部门协调，确保物料及货品按时采购。
- 驾驶公司车辆前往领取及递送文件、支票、样品及采购相关物品。
- 根据工作需要前往供应商处领取物料或协助采购事务。
- 确保运送的文件及物品安全、准确并准时送达。
- 完成上司安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求
- 持有新加坡有效 三号驾驶执照（Class 3）。
- 工作认真负责、守时，并能独立完成工作。
- 具备良好的沟通及组织能力。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）。
- 具采购、采购助理或行政工作经验者优先考虑。

Procurement Assistant cum Class 3 Driver

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchasing and procurement operations.
- Source quotations and communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchase of goods and materials.
- Drive the company vehicle for collection and delivery of documents, cheques, samples, and procurement-related items.
- Visit suppliers when required to collect materials or support procurement activities.
- Ensure company documents and items are transported safely and punctually.
- Support other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (required).
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative work is an advantage.
