About the Role
Join our team as a Community Relationship/ Service Ambassador (CRA) and be the friendly face assisting members of the public with government digital services and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members of the public
- Provide digital assistance for government services
- Answer general enquiries
- Collect customer feedback
- Support centre operations, events, and administrative tasks
- Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment
Requirements
✅ Customer service-oriented and enjoys interacting with people
✅ Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
✅ Able to undergo security screening and required training before deployment
Working Hours
Shift A
- Monday – Saturday
- 8.30am – 6.00pm
Shift B
- Monday – Sunday
- 9.30am – 6.00pm
Shifts assigned based on operational requirements. Public holidays excluded.
Salary & Benefits
Full-Time
- Gross salary: Up to $2,700/month
- Performance Incentive
- Shift Allowance (applicable for selected shifts)
