Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and optimise existing business processes
- Explore and apply AI tools, automation solutions and other technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Assist with data collection, preparation and analysis to support decision-making and technology-related projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI applications and digital tools that may be useful to the organisation
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting and implementation of new systems, tools and process improvements
- Prepare documentation, user guides and process workflows for solutions developed during the internship
- Contribute ideas and technical knowledge while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world IT, AI and business optimisation projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field
- Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and process improvement
- Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technologies
- Familiarity with at least one programming language is required. Basic knowledge of Python is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious and willing to explore new ways of improving existing processes
