💼 Customer Service Assistant (CSA)
📍 Changi Airport | 💰 $2,100/month
🗓️ 1-Year Contract (Can extend)
✈️ Job Scope
* Assist passengers at FAST kiosk machines & bag drop areas
* Escort foreign crew between airport & hotels
* Escort passengers through check-in, security, passport control & lounge areas
* Handle departure & arrival gates
* Other duties assigned when required
⏰ WORKING HOURS
Must be able to commit to different rotating shifts
🕒 Each shift consists of 8 working hours with a 1-hour break
📅 Working 5/6 days per week (rotating)
⏰ ROTATING SHIFT TIMINGS
🌅 Morning Shifts
4.30am - 1.30pm
6.30am - 3.30pm
7.30am - 4.30pm
11.30am - 8.30pm
🌆 Afternoon / Evening Shifts
1pm - 10pm
2.30pm - 11.30pm
3pm - 12am
🌙 Night Shifts
7pm - 3am
11pm - 8am
💯 REQUIREMENTS
* MUST be comfortable with rotating shifts
* Able to commit to all shift timings
* Comfortable interacting with passengers
* Responsible & service minded
