Job Description:
Specialist obstetrics and gynaecology clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena looking to hire full-time clinic assistant.
Job Scope
- Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims
- Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records
- Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘O’-level or equivalent
- Candidates with previous clinic assistant experience and Plato experience will be prioritized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, patient oriented
- Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment
- Good team-player and ability to work independently
- 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Saturday AM)
