Responsibilities:
▪️ Ushering duties
▪️ Facilitating / Leading a group tour on gallery highlight / exhibition
▪️ Manages merchandise sales, topping up collaterals
▪️ Manage ticketing process via system / kiosk
▪️ Use of technologies to engage with visitors
▪️ Provide customer
service to visitors
▪️ Ensure artwork
safety
▪️ Adhered to museum etiquettes at all times
▪️ Maintain cleanliness
and functionality
▪️ Any other ad-hoc
duties assigned by supervisory team
📍 Islandwide Locations & Working Hours
- Upper Changi: 9am to 6pm
- Central: 9.30am to 7pm *Extended hours till 9pm on Fridays
- Bugis / Lavender: 10am to 5pm / 1pm - 6pm (Wed - Sun Only)
- Bugis (Kampong Glam): 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Pasir Panjang: 9am to 5.30pm
💰 Hourly Rate:
Weekdays: $10.50/hour
Weekends (Fri - Sun): $11.50/Hour
📋Requirements:
💥 Able to commit at least 6 months, open for cross deployment
💥 Must be able to work 3 - 4 days a week (Including 1 weekend)
💥 Able to stand and walk long hours
💥 Service-oriented and customer centricity
💥 Good communication and interpersonal skills
💥 Able to remain calm in stressful situation
💥 Self-motivated and good teamwork
💥 Working
experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
