Job Description

  • Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of F&B equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair of equipment in the outlets.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration issues.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
  • Report on maintenance issues and to liaise with external vendors on major repairs works.
  • Maintain outlet facilities, including lighting, water supply systems, doors, locks, and other building fixtures.
  • Upkeep of maintenance records & service reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or technician support.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Required to work on weekends, and public holidays.
