Frontline Customer Support (AWS + VB)
- $2,700 - $4,000/month
- AWS + VB (up to 3 months )
- 5-day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
What You’ll Own
- Be the face of BullionStar
Welcome every customer, understand their needs, guide them through our products, and complete transactions with accuracy and care. Whether it’s a single coin or a large gold order, you’ll deliver the same professionalism and build relationships that keep customers coming back. - Handle precious metals
Work directly with gold, silver, and platinum — assisting with purchases, sell-backs, and authenticity checks. Precision is critical, and you’ll develop strong product knowledge to ensure everything is handled correctly. - Spot problems & improve
Don’t just follow instructions — think critically. If you see a way to improve processes or customer experience, raise it and suggest solutions. You may also contribute to marketing, our affiliate program, and customer care initiatives. - Thrive on variety
Switch between serving customers at the counter and handling support via email or phone. This variety keeps the role dynamic and gives you a broad view of how we serve customers. - Use AI & technology
Apply AI and digital tools to work smarter — from drafting communications to streamlining inventory and researching market trends.
