Logistics Supervisor – Warehouse Operations
📍 Location: Loyang
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and cargo-handling operations.
- Lead and allocate duties to warehouse team members.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and work quality.
- Conduct induction training and operational briefings.
- Coordinate deliveries, cargo-handling schedules and stocktaking.
- Monitor inventory, storage utilisation and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure the safe and secure handling of goods and equipment.
- Manage time-sensitive, temperature-sensitive and dangerous goods.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and WSH requirements.
- Handle operational issues and recommend process improvements.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- N/O Levels, NITEC or equivalent.
- At least 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
- Must have prior experience leading or supervising a team.
- Must possess valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving licences.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
- Responsible, decisive and able to work well with others.
- Willing to perform overtime when required.
