Hotel Front Desk (Orchard | 3 months)

Job Details:

• Salary: $13 on weekdays, $14 on weekends
• Working Location : Orchard
• Working Hours: As per roster, able to commit 5 days per week (included weekends & PH)
• Off Day: 2 off days per week (per roster)
• Contract: At least 3 months

Job Scope:

• Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression
• Assist with check-in and check-out, including offering welcome drinks and towels
• Answer guest enquiries in person, over the phone, digital platform and via email
• Help with luggage when needed and work closely with the team
• Track and update guest amenities (e.g. welcome amenities and special requests)
• Listen to guest feedback and share it with supervisors or managers
• Support daily front desk operations and assist with other duties as assigned
