Responsibility:
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify, match, and enter supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments, inter-company invoices, and inter-company billings.
- Prepare and issue debit notes, credit notes, and customer invoices where required.
- Reconcile vendor statements of account (SOA), customer accounts, and bank accounts.
- Record daily receipts (Cash, NETS, EZ-Link, etc.) and maintain the cash book.
- Maintain vending collection and records, including commission calculations and monthly statements.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and process monthly depreciation.
- Process petty cash reimbursements and prepare monthly journal entries.
- Perform daily cash counts and cash at the bank at least twice a week.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
