We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team! No boring desk job — you’ll be part of the daily action at a Bowling Centre 🎳🙌
💼 YOUR ROLE
✅ Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email & in person
✅ Handle daily operations & facility maintenance
✅ Process customer requests, orders & complaints
✅ Maintain customer records and transactions
✅ Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
✅ Deliver friendly & professional customer service 😊
📋 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Good communication skills in English
✔️ Additional languages are a plus
✔️ Calm & professional when handling difficult situations
✔️ Basic computer skills
✔️ Willing to learn new systems
⏰ WORKING HOURS
📅 5-day work week (Mon–Sun)
🔄 Rotating shifts:
• 9:00am – 6:15pm
• 10:45am – 8:00pm
• 1:45pm – 11:00pm
• 4:00pm – 1:15am
