What you'll be doing
- Support enrolment through one-to-one and small group engagements
- Conduct outreach at hospitals, designated booths and community settings
- Guide patients and residents through enrolment using mobile applications or system platforms
- Explain the benefits of initiatives and the importance of preventive health
- Encourage follow-through on preventive health recommendations and annual reviews
- Attend to related enquiries from patients and caregivers
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to support smooth outreach activities
- Perform other duties related to community health programmes as required
What we're looking for
- Experience in healthcare, community outreach, patient service, customer service or other public-facing roles will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging individuals and small groups
- Patient and approachable, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
- Comfortable using mobile applications and digital systems
- Proactive, adaptable and service-oriented
- Comfortable working across different outreach locations
- Able to work rotational weekends as required
