Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager - Supporting Duties.
- Coordinate daily operation with haulier, warehouse and suppliers.
- Data entry of various shipment information into the system.
- Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions) & *permit declaration.
- Ensure relevant supporting documents are ready prior to shipment & Manager’s instruction.
- Able to receive visitor in proper manner.
*Onsite training if no experience.
Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Secondary School / "O" Level or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to learn.
Other Information:
- 5 days work week (8:30am to 5:30pm)
- Entry level position. Onsite training will be provided.
- Please kindly advise earliest availability date / notice period if there is any.
- Location: West (Pick up can be arranged on working days)
- Salary: $2,000 - $2,400 (Negotiable base on capability)
